Let’s face it, an executive in transition has a full time executive job and it is to find the next full time executive job. In order to perform this job at the highest possible level, they should be knowledgeable about the process and confident in their abilities to execute this knowledge.

Although there are seldom easy answers to finding 'what’s next', there are simple ones. After 23 years, I have learned that it is not the big "things" as much as the little "things" and the sequence in which these little "things" occur that make the difference in a productive career change.
